GW9-12kV series outdoor high voltage isolation switch is a single phase hook bar without load operation switch. For AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage 12kV and below in the overhead line, as a voltage, no load to connect and isolate the power supply. The isolation switch is operated with an insulating hook.
Use environment
1, the altitude does not exceed 2000m;
2, ambient air temperature :-10°C~45°C:
3, wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa(equivalent to wind speed 34m/s):
4, the maximum annual precipitation does not exceed 2400mm, the maximum monthly precipitation does not exceed 200mm;
5, the highest daily temperature difference does not exceed 25K;
6, no frequent violent vibration places:
7. The installation site should be free of gases, vapors, chemical deposits, salt spray, dust and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the isolation switch.
Product characteristics
1, the contact and blade are made of T2 copper material, conductivity >56S/m;
2, the pillar insulator uses high-performance outdoor high-strength porcelain bottle (or composite pillar), corrosion resistance and outdoor anti-ultraviolet aging ability; 3, strong hydrophobic performance, excellent process, creepage distance >372mm, pollution grade Ⅳ :
4, the base is not less than 4mm stainless steel 304 material, high strength, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance:
5. The copper surface of all conductive circuits is tinned 12μm, the contact part is silver plated 20μm, and the surface hardness of silver plating is 120HV;
6, strength porcelain bottle can withstand 3kN bending resistance, tensile 15kN.
