Installation method
1, windproof composite insulator transportation and installation should be handled lightly, should not be thrown, and avoid the miscellaneous parts (wires, iron plates, tools, etc.) and sharp hard objects collision, friction
2. When lifting, the knot should be tied on the end attachment, strictly prohibited on the umbrella skirt or sheath. When the rope must touch the umbrella skirt and sheath, it should be wrapped with soft cloth in the contact part
3. The windproof composite insulator shall not be used as an auxiliary tool for placing (rewinding) the line, so as not to damage the insulator by impact force or bending moment;
4, do not step on the insulator umbrella skirt;
5, when installing the pressure balancing ring, attention should be paid to adjustment, so that the ring is perpendicular to the axis of the insulator, for the open mouth pressure balancing ring, pay attention to the direction of both ends of the opening, in order to facilitate discharge and protect the umbrella skirt.
