(H)GW4 type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment, for the line in the case of voltage and no load, and the maintenance of high-voltage bus circuit breaker and other electrical equipment and live high-voltage line for electrical isolation, can also be used for opening and closing small capacitance or inductive current. When the knife is in the normal opening position, it can provide an insulation distance that meets the safety requirements. It is widely used in 10kV-35kV lines and power stations.

Principle of action

1, isolation switch operation principle

The isolation switch is a single-column rotary type, and the operating mechanism is connected with the active pole of the isolation switch through a connecting tube. The main shaft of the mechanism rotates 90°, and the insulating pillar of the active pole rotates 90° to realize the splitting and closing action. The active pole drives the other two phase active poles to rotate through the horizontal connecting rod between the poles, so as to maintain the three-phase synchronous action. The auxiliary switch in the mechanism is connected with the main output shaft of the mechanism, and the corresponding auxiliary switch is connected with the main output shaft of the mechanism at the opening and closing position, and the corresponding opening and closing signal is sent at the opening and closing position.

2, manual mechanism with ground knife action principle

The operating mechanism is connected with the main shaft of the isolation switch and the grounding switch through the connecting tube. The manual mechanism is equipped with the isolation switch of the grounding knife, and the output shaft is provided with a mechanical interlock plate to ensure that the operation is carried out according to the prescribed procedure (the main part is divided into one main part in one place).
